1. Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order through one of the following methods:

2. After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still initiate a return or exchange in line with our Return and Exchange Policy.
Conditions for Cancellation:
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Orders paid through certain methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash) may have additional cancellation requirements.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days after cancellation is approved.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
Exceptions:
- Digital products or downloadable items are non-refundable.
- Special or backordered items may have separate cancellation terms.
Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
